Description
Solenoid Valve Brass is suitable to control the flow of air, water, and light oil with a durable brass body construction. Solenoid valves are in charge of shut-off, dosing, filling, and ventilating medium where low pressures are applicable also suitable for use in technical vacuum.
Advantages
Some advantages for Solenoid valves are as following:
- ▮Excellent for large flow;
- ▮Pressure assists valve operation;
- ▮Needs minimum pressure differential;
- ▮Lower electrical power level;
- ▮Also more economical for higher flow values.
Maintenance Notice
While installing solenoid valves, you should pay attention to the arrow on the valve which shall be consistent with the flow direction. The valve installation must be vertically up. Before the installation, the pipe should be thoroughly clean. The pipe also can not have reverse pressure. A filter should install in front of the valve. And the supply voltage also has to be 15%-10% of the rated voltage.
General Information
A solenoid valve is an electrically activated valve, typically suitable to control the flow or direction of air or liquid in fluid power systems. They are implementing in both pneumatic and hydraulic fluid power systems, and most often in either poppet or spool configurations. They can split into two broader categories: direct acting or solenoid piloting. Solenoid piloting valves further divide into internally or externally piloting valves.
Pneumatic solenoid valves help with the control of airflow. They can assist in shutting off, releasing, and distributing air throughout the system. Besides, they eliminate the need for manual or pneumatic control of a pneumatic circuit and only require an electrical input (and air pressure for piloted valves) to operate, this makes them easy to program and install in a wide variety of applications. They are useful in several applications, available in various positions, porting options, and actuation methods to suit requirements.
