Description
Vapor hose is a steam hose ideal for a secure transfer of steam, particularly for sterilization and cleaning purposes. The specific engineering design according to the following characteristics made the Vapor hose to fulfill a variety of industry requirements.
Tube
Black, smooth rubber, resistant to the steam tube;
Reinforcement
High, tensile textile plies.
Cover
Black, smooth heat, abrasion, ozone and weather resistant rubber cover; Fabric impression.
Limitations
Avoid using Steam hoses for services above their rated working pressures or temperatures. Moreover, they aren’t suitable to transport any material other than those listed in the General Information section. Additionally, Steam or hot water contaminated with hydrocarbons or chemicals may shorten service life. These hoses are also NOT intended to connect a steam supply point and a pressurized steam vessel or autoclave. Refer to Selection Chart for fitting and attachment recommendations.
