Mounting rail is suitable to assemble the clamping system components onto a support structure. It allows for faster installation and easier relocation of clamps. Clamping tube, pipe or hose assemblies together without mounting them to a rigid structure, often called “floating clamps,” does not provide adequate support.
Mounting rail allows multiple clamps to mount side-by- side for restraining a group of tube, pipe or hose assemblies. The mounting rail also provides the ability to move the location of the clamps in one direction for easier alignment.
The rail can attach to a support structure by welding or bolting. Once the mounting rail is in place, rail nuts can be slid into the rail. The clamp halve, followed by the tube, pipe or hose assembly can then be installed over the corresponding rail nuts. After this, the second clamp halve, cover plate (or insert) and hex head attachment bolts can be installed to complete the assembly.
Hydraulics pipe clamp system has two primary methods for mounting: weld plates and mounting rails. Clamps have to mount to a rigid structure for optimum performance. Proper design of a clamping system requires clamps to position appropriately on the tube, pipe or hose assemblies.
Our diverse range of Hydraulic Pipe Clamps are available in three series: L-for light-duty (standard wall) hydraulic pipes, S-for heavy duty (thick wall) hydraulic pipes, and finally, T-for twin lines of hydraulic hoses. They provide you with the ultimate solution to absorb shock, dampen vibration, and reducing noise in hydraulic piping systems. Besides, Products are UV, weathering, and chemical resistance – even under extreme conditions. Tested and approved by several independent certification organizations. Moreover, we can supply our hydraulic pipe clamps in a wide range of materials.
