Uniflex S10i
The S10i crimper is for the workshop volume user who has a requirement to crimp 2” hoses in a repair or medium production environment in a workshop or container on site. This model is really aimed at the 2”hose market and below in both straight and elbow fittings, but with larger opening than S6.2 Ecoline. The machine comes with 10 die sets ( see above) but there is a good range of extra dies available which go down to 6.8mm which is often purchased for crimping of mini-test hoses and small thermoplastic hoses. The largest die available is 131mm. Crimping diameter is set with a micrometer and limit switch assuring accurate repeatable crimping.

The HM200 ecoline crimper is for the workshop volume user who has a requirement to crimp hoses in a repair or medium production environment in a workshop or mobile van. This model is really aimed at the 1 ¼” hose market and below in both straight and elbow fittings but is ca-pable of 1 ½” in 2SN or 4SP providing the crimping force required does not exceed 130 tonne. The machine comes with 8 die sets ( see above) but there is a good range of extra dies available which go down to 6.8mm and up to 62mm. Crimping diameter is set with a micrometer and limit switch assuring accurate repeatable crimping.

Uniflex S6 Ecoline
The S6 ecoline crimper is for the workshop ( or mobile) volume user who has a requirement to crimp hoses in a repair or medium production environment in a workshop or mobile van. This model is really aimed at the 2” hose market and below in both straight and elbow fittings. The machine comes with 10 die sets ( see above) but there is a good range of extra dies available which go down to 6.8mm which is often purchased for crimping of mini-test hoses and small thermoplastic hoses. The largest die available is 92mm. The 3ph model comes with integral power unit and DC model comes on feet with a sepa-rately mounted 12vDC or 24vDC Power Unit Crimping diameter is set with a micrometer and limit switch assuring accurate repeatable crimping.
