Plastic One Touch Fittings
RN Plastic push-in fittings
Use plastic push-in fittings in applications where desire quick and easy connection. Push hose into the fitting, and remove again without any operation.
Push-in fittings finds their place in the water industry. Furthermore use these fittings in RO and water filtration systems. Finally use push-in fittings on water valves, tanks, pumps and faucets to ease installation and increase system reliability.
Push-in fittings can also be found in installations of water fountains, water coolers, ice machines, juice and beverage dispensers and coffee brewers.
With compression fittings (metal or plastic) assemble the various bit parts (nuts, ferrules, etc.) as part of the connection procedure. Trying to find a dropped nut or ferrule while working beneath a sink is not a very productive use of time. Also, in tightening the compression nut, the question of “how tight is tight enough?” usually comes up.
Push-in fittings eliminate the difficulties associated with these older methods. The components of push-in fittings are self-contained, insertion is simple and quick, and thread tightening can be done by hand. No pipe dope, sealants or special tools are needed.

Union Elbow
RN pneumatic Union Elbow fitting with composite body and brass tube gripping claws. The 90° union elbow fitting, or “ell,” connects two tubes at a 90-degree angle. It has push-to-connect metric tube connections on both ends. This fitting is very strong and flexible, has excellent abrasion resistance, is lightweight, and resists crushing and cracking.
-
Union Y
Union Y is a composite material push-to-connect fitting. The fitting is Y-shaped and connects a tube to two tubes running in the same direction. It has push-to-connect tube connections on all three ends. Fitting is very strong and flexible, has excellent abrasion resistance, is lightweight, and resists crushing and cracking. It is also suitable for handling pressures up to 145 psi (10 bar), has an operating temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees C (-4 to +176 degrees F), and has a vacuum capability of 755 mm Hg.
Union Y meets Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14743 technical specifications.

Union Cross
This 90-degree Union Cross with mounting holes is a metric composite body push-to-connect fitting. The cross fitting has four openings positioned at 90-degrees from each other for connecting and branching four tubes. It has push-to-connect metric tube connections on all four ends. This fitting is very strong and flexible, has excellent abrasion resistance, is lightweight, and resists crushing and cracking.

Multi Union
RN Multi Union fittings are components used for connecting, branching, terminating, and changing the direction of tubing in pneumatic and water systems. They are made of composite materials that resist corrosion and wear. Tube fittings have various types of connections, including threaded, welded, barbed, and push-to-connect (also called one-touch). Push-to-connect connections do not require tools or sealants. Tube fittings are used in various applications, including machine tools, airplane and truck controls, and automated production lines, among others.

Plastic Hand Valve
RN brand Hand valves (shut-off valves, plastic pneumatic valves, pneumatic fittings) are used for turning air pressure on and off for pneumatic devices.
The three-ways RN control hand valve, when closed, discharges the residual pressure from the output side (device). Therefore it assures safety at adjustment or repair of the connected devices.
The two-ways RN control hand valve does not have air discharge mechanism, is suited for air supply to a tank or other devices from which the residual pressure should not be discharged. The two-directional control valve is also suited for the system where vacuum piping is used.
