Industrial Hose Fittings – Universal Air Hose Couplings
Companies use industrial hose fittings to connect airlines from compressors or other air source to all types of pneumatic tools and equipment. Hose shank or threaded end is coupling size. Male and Female threads are NPT. A cam and groove coupling, also referring to as a camlock fitting, is a form of hose coupling. This kind of coupling is popular because it is simple and reliable. Because the compression between the two fittings is limited by the size of the cams on the end of the levers and the rotation of the levers themselves, there is also no possibility of over- or under-tightening the fitting; the pressure against the sealing gasket is effectively constant from one coupling operation to the next, reducing possibility of leaks.

Sandblast Quick Coupling
Hose Couplers are sleeve type couplings that fits over the OD of the sandblast hose. They are secured to the hose with wood screws. Countersunk holes on the couplings ensure that the screws fit correctly and will not be snagged while the hose is in operation. Within the ID of the hose end is a corkscrew ridge that helps to twist the coupling onto the hose and more importantly, helps to minimize the force of blow back. Hose-to-Hose or Hose-to-Pot connections are made by the 2-lug crowfoot design. No matter what the hose size, the 2-lug hose ends interchange for common connections.

Boss Interlocking Clamp
Boss Clamps (4 Bolt) are designed specifically for use with collared hose stems on air or steam hose. When properly installed, the gripping fingers on these clamps engage over the collar of the stem to prevent coupling blow-out.
