The inner tube, which contains the fluid, is made from plastics such as polyamide, polyester. The cover protects the internal reinforcement and tube. It consist of materials like polyester, polyethylene, polyurethane, and PVC. Cleaner, lighter and more flexible than steel-reinforced hoses, thermoplastic hose suits well for forklift, and other hydraulic applications. Twin hoses and non-conductive hoses are available. The inherent strength of the thermoplastic materials allows the use of less material when compared to rubber hose.

Medium Pressure Thermoplastic Hose TP 1
TP 1 is suitable for hydraulic application with increased resistance to abrasion for use with petroleum, synthetic or water based fluids in hydraulic systems suitable for agricultural machinery, earthmoving, articulating and telescopic booms & material handling equipments. Can be used for industrial gases and other applications. Compact construction compared to conventional single steel wire braid rubber hoses.
