Clamps
Because fluid in these hoses is under pressure, there must be a way to secure the hose ends to inlets or nipples. That’s where hose clamps come in. Hose clamps are pretty simple, and they really only come in two types. There’s the banded screw type, and the spring type.
Banded Screw Type
The banded screw type of hose clamp is used in a wide range of automotive settings. You’ve probably seen them in use in other areas as well. They consist of a grooved band of metal with a screw and a catch. The end of the band slides through the catch. Then the screw is turned to tighten the band and seal the hose.
A spring type hose clamp is a little different. They’re made of strong but flexible metal. There are two tabs built into them – one on each end of the circle. Squeezing them toward each other opens the clamp and allows you to install it on a hose (or remove it from a hose). When you release the pressure on the clamp, it springs closed and holds tight without any need for a screw or other type of catch.
Both spring style and screw style hose clamps are used in automotive situations. They can be used to secure radiator hoses, power steering hoses, brake lines and more. However, caution should be used to ensure that screw style clamps are not overtightened, as this can damage the hose and lead to a leak.

FGR Combi Grip
COMBI GRIP/COMBI GRIP E axial restraint pipe couplings are used to connect plastic pipes with metal pipes. For the plastic pipe the coupling features on one side a special anchoring ring with rows of at teeth which are pressed into the pipe surface without damaging the material. At the same time the force applied is distributed evenly across the pipe surface. For the metal pipe the coupling features on the other side an anchoring ring with conically stamped teeth which grip into the pipe surface. Due to the special design of the anchoring ring the coupling can withstand even high vibration loads.

FGR Plast Grip, Plast Grip E
PLAST GRIP /PLAST GRIP E axial restraint pipe couplings are used to connect plastic pipes. The specially designed anchoring ring, featuring at rows of teeth, engages into the pipe surface without damaging the plastic material. The force applied is distributed evenly across the pipe surface. -
FGR E-FP
FGR Grip E-FP ( flame protected) pipe couplings with integrated flame protection are used with applications in the marine sector (civil and military) as well as in sprinkler systems. For this purpose the GRIP E type has been equipped with an additional housing made from stainless steel plus a fire – resistant lining which can resist temperatures of up to 850° C. The pipe coupling meets the newest VdS directives, IACS P2.11 and ISO 19921/22.
Advantages: Dampens absorbing vibrations, pressure surges, Weight saving, Tension free, Ready to install

FGR Flex, Flex E
FGR FLEX /FLEX E pipe couplings are used for connecting restrained pipes, metal pipes, stainless pipes, as well as concrete and plastic pipes. With FGR Flex/Flex E pipe couplings sealing reliability is also ensured when there are gaps between pipe ends which are compensated. Given outside pipe diameters of > 180 mm the FLEX type is suitable for high pressure and the FLEX E type for low pressure applications. Flex E coupling is used for connecting restrained pipes, metal pipes, stainless pipes, as well as concrete and plastic pipes. This is a hollow trunnions version.

Retaining Pipe Clamp
Pipe retaining clips are suitable for securing pipes, cables harnesses, cable protection pipes, hoses and cables. They are used in almost all sectors of industry, e.g. in the automotive industry, mechanical and application engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics, measurement and control engineering and the chemical, shipbuilding, electrical and food processing industries.

Breeze Constant Torque Clamps
Breeze Constant Torque style hose clamps feature a series of special washers that allow the clamp diameter to expand and contract slightly with changes in pressure. This means the hose clamp maintains a constant torque on the hose and a nice, tight seal, even during pressure cycles.
-
T-Bolt Clamps
T-bolt Hose Clamps are intended for use where other hose clamps do not work. Typical application includes air intake systems, cold side charge air hose connections and a variety of hose, pipe and ducting joints. Available in diameters 1.75 inch and larger, T-bolt Hose Clamps can be configured to suit almost any application and operating environment. Hose Clamps incorporate a compression spring to accommodate joint diameter changes resulting from hose set and thermal effects. They are accepted industry wide for use on charge air and coolant system hose connections.

Hi Torque Clamps
Hi Torque Hose Clamps are ideal for heavy duty sealing applications, particularly where high vibration resistance is required. It is stronger than conventional Worm Drive clamps due to the wider band and the ‘in-line’ housing, which enables every thread on the worm to engage with the band.
Recommended applications: Agricultural, Chemical Industry, Food Processing, Fluid Transfer, Marine Industry, Petrochemical Industry, Shipyards
